3 -Stages of Team Coaching
For a team to be successful, there needs to be a common purpose. In our first module Strategic Clarity, we work on defining the common purpose, value proposition, business model, goals, and milestones to be achieved in the short and medium term. Once these are established, the three pillars of Stakeholder Centric Team Coaching help in aligning the leadership team to achieve the company mission.
Leadership Alignment
In this stage, you will translate the company mission and strategy into functional objectives with your CXO’s or leadership team. This enables mutual trust, collaboration and quality decision-making. Leadership capacity building will be a direct outcome out of this exercise.
