My Method

You run a business, are great at what you do, you’ve had some success but still not unlocked how to grow your business sustainably with profitability at the core.

From my experience of running businesses from zero to 3000+ Cr rupees in revenue, turning non-profitable businesses into profit-making ventures, I have created the 4-stage Strategic Coach Mentor Methodology that will serve as a roadmap for business leaders to understand what creates a well-rounded leadership and what goes into creating resilient businesses.

Each of these 4 stages are independently conducted through 10-12 sessions, in 1- on- 1 hybrid format  along with you and your Leadership Team.

4 - Stages of Strategic 
Coach Mentor Module

Strategic Coach Mentor Module consists of four stages - Strategic Clarity, Leadership Alignment, Operating Systems and Reflection and Reset. These 4 stages help organisations scale up rapidly using their leadership team as the core driver. Strategic Clarity module is conducted with Founder CEOs who have achieved their product market fit and are looking to scale up their business. The rest of the 3 modules are part of the Stakeholder Centric Team Coaching process where we work with CEOs and their CXO teams to realise the company mission.

Strategic Clarity

The first stage of Strategic Coach Mentor Module is Strategic Clarity which helps you visualise your company's mission based on its core value proposition. The next 3 years' strategic objectives, milestones, and goals are then better crafted to get there. This also enables linking short and medium-term goals to your organisation's values, guiding principles and company mission. Time-tested tools such as Environment Scan, Value Proposition Canvas, Enterprise Business Model, and SWOT are used to arrive at your Strategic Clarity document.

HOW CAN STRATEGIC CLARITY HELP SCALE UP PROFITABLY?

The next 3 stages are part of our Stakeholder Centric Team Coaching which helps in aligning Leadership team, sets up the path for effective Operating systems and helps you identify tools that can measure how far have you achieved your company goals and milestones with periodic interventions.
