My Board Advisory Approach
As a Board Advisor and Certified Independent Director, there is a shared responsibility of ensuring continued top performance by the leadership team across various stages and levels of the organisation. Sustainable businesses are driven by self-propelling teams with a high degree of ownership with a growth mindset.

To help your organisation establish such high performance teams, I have configured a four stage Board advisory methodology, which are based on my own philosophies learned during my journey with various organisations in C-Suite roles.
